2D animation for CompanyCam
THE BRIEF
CompanyCam's Founder and CEO has a big personality and a pretty great idea. We wanted to highlight the Founders and show not only that they're knowledgeable, but also lean into their goofy personas.
DIRECTION
Reaching into CompanyCam's archives, I wanted to show the progression of time throughout the video, from scrapbook styling of CompanyCam's past, to the more sleek visuals of modern and future CompanyCam.
takeaway
So I'm proud of this video for a different reason, this is the only video in my portfolio that I didn't fully animate by myself and collaborated with my junior animator on, relying on her to create about half of the scenes and animations. She learned so much, did so much amazing work here and the video turned out amazing, and I wasn't the only one who thought so as it won a gold ADDY and Judges Citation.
